Branch Manager

Branch Manager
(Shtip)

Main Responsibilities:

Responsible for Branch promotion, activities and the team, in a fast-paced goal oriented customer experience department.

• Branch manager must keep organized the weekly schedule of his/her employees
• Submits daily reports on branch activities to Head of Front and CX Managers
• Participates in CX meetings
• Organizes meetings within the team
• Ensures that the branch achieve its target
• Promotes the branch through different marketing and sales activities
• Maintains and attracts new customers that will improve the branch portfolio
• Looks after the branch interior and exterior
• Supervise and stimulates the team
• Participates with ideas and makes actions to branch development, process efficiency and sales increase
• Reports directly to Head of Front and CX Manager
• Provides customers with product information, concludes sales and promotes other credit products
• Creates positive customer experience regarding information on loans, repayments, aftersales, collection issues, process customer requests, support of the dealer network
• Deals with complaints in the Branch
• Performs activities directed towards the fulfilment of the sales targets of loan products to individuals and ensure quality of services provided
• Monitors loans, makes aftersales calls, ensuring portfolio quality

Skills and Competencies:

• Ability to manage a team
• Positive sales and negotiation experience and passion towards Customer experience and Sales
• Market research capabilities and create proposals for new products or modifications of the existing
• Excellent communication (verbal and written), convincing and negotiation skills to ensure understanding customer wants and needs
• Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with both satisfied and unsatisfied customers
• Customer oriented (boost customer loyalty and engagement)
• Advanced stress management skills to handle several people in the room or in queue
• Risk assessment skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
• Fast and easy learning
• Sociable, responsible, accurate, punctual and multitasking
• Team Player

Minimum Qualification/Experience:

• University degree
• Experienced in team management
• Minimum 3 years experience in the same or similar position
• Advanced computer skills
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word )
• Excellent knowledge of Macedonian and English
• Knowledge of Albanian/Turkish is considered as an advantage
