Due to our continued and rapid growth, we are looking for:
Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Organization that takes care of production and production development
Process for research, design, development and implementation of production process (including technology)
Technological choices, introduction of new technology into the company/into the Group to be ahead of market
Implementation of the technology in the Company
CRM: design, development, testing, implementation, training
CRM management, managing users and roles, loan product parameters, document templates, overdue settings, bonus values, project managing in new integrations.
Technology in-sourcing and linking with CRM
Technology outsourcing and linking external partners to CRM
Responsible for new CRM functionality description and business acceptance/testing, local development priority list, requirements gathering from all departments, analysis and solutions design
Responsible for managing activities and employees in the Operations department, for the issues related to cards, operations activities, procurement, office management, CRM, property management, technical and technological infrastructure including, but not limited to:
Development and maintenance of physical infrastructure – Property management: offices, workplaces, workplace access, to support operations rent collection, collecting bills, ongoing maintenance to building exterior and interior, cleaning services, renovation, equipment, office materials, establishing cooperation with vendors for needing services, etc.)
Procurement: select and negotiate with vendors specific to providing services to the MK office.
Office management and all administrative issues
Card management activities, processes, issuer, vendors and collaborators
Managing the employees responsible for software and hardware management (including but not limited to website administration, e-mails, call center service management, SMS and Local server management backup and recovery, domain administration
Purchase of IT equipment, IT services, creating rules/business requirements and the fulfilment monitoring, managing the IT Specialist in the Operations department as first line support for all IT issues (follow up of internet service in all branches, credentials and configurations, follow up on all technical devices)
Responsible to control and manage development and maintenance of physical IT assets (servers, computers, voice technology, internet, data storage, data access), IT-audit and process compliance audit
Responsible for process management, continuous process improvement (analysis, audit, propositions), local working procedure, everyday problem solving with all CRM users, buffer between local users, local management and Group CTO for all operational activities, inquiries and requests.
Awareness of legal requirements and reporting (compliance report, production report, ad-hoc reports)
Operational (production) measurement (KPI’s) and reporting
Manage the operational activities from an administrative perspective including budgeting and financing.
Secure the implementation of IUTECREDIT EUROPE global guidelines, policies and procedures
Qualification/Experience, Skills, and Competencies:
University Diploma in Economics, IT, Mathematics
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Bank or financial institution or related field
10+ years’ experience in a senior or managerial position
Experience with detailed system/products related to payment cards
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and manage competing deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude
Must be detail-oriented while maintaining a high degree of responsiveness and flexibility in performing tasks
Must be able to embrace and quickly adapt to change as a result of internal, market or regulatory policy changes
Ability to find practical resolutions to operations/systems related issues in a timely and organized manner
Able to foresee and identify possible risks and fraudulent activities.
Ability to train fellow employees and oversee projects within the operations and customer support service department
Strong team player with excellent communications skills
Advanced computer skills and Software solutions.
Project management degree or certificate is considered as an advantage
Proficient user of English Language
