Due to our continued and rapid growth, we are looking for:

Management Assistant

Main Responsibilities:

Office management

  • Responsible for office management and administration
  • Making appointments and organization of meetings and traveling of team members
  • Welcoming and administering visitors in ICMK especially for CEO’s office
  • Responsible for procurement- collecting offers from partners, suppliers for all kind of operational work requirements, offices, business utilities, employees, etc.
  • Responsible for local postal item and business correspondence (letters, emails, etc.)
  • Plan and manage office budget.
  • Conduct business correspondence with partners and suppliers for various types of documentation, translations, reminders, decisions etc.
  • Organize and manage activities for ICMK deliveries.
  • Coordination and execution of activities regarding operations, organization, maintaining and reparations in all IuteCredit Macedonia business units (rents, utilities, reparations, etc.)
  • Keep record of all incoming/outgoing invoices and petty cash
  • Keep and maintain IuteCredit Macedonia’ s office archive
  • Plan and facilitate company-wide events or communications
  • Reports directly to CTO and CEO

Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellence in document management and office duties
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills
  • Strong capacity for discretion and secrecy, outstanding interpersonal skills, and independent judgment with respect to daily duties
  • Ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals and constituencies in a diverse community
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Fast and easy learning
  • Sociable, responsible, accurate, punctual and multitasking
  • Team Player

Minimum Qualification/Experience:

  • University degree is an advantage
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in same or similar position
  • Advanced MS Office computer skills
  • Proficient user of Macedonian and English
  • Experience with financial and customer service principle
