Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager is a management position who drives the company’s growth in the marketing area. He is continuously responsible for marketing growth and development.

Main Responsibilities:

• Work directly with the Group Marketing and Chief Commercial Officer on the strategic vision for campaigns and marketing related projects by mapping out tasks required to implement that vision
• Closely collaborate with Human Resource & Customer Experience Officer, Marketing Specialists from operating countries and other team members in the Group (HQ) and from Subsidiaries
• Prepares and is responsible for the Company’s annual, monthly and weekly action plans and efficient management and planning of marketing budget
• Develops concepts and participates in the creative direction when creating new marketing campaigns
• Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns and all marketing activities
• Propose, develop and manage implementation of the Corporate marketing and PR strategy
• Collaborates with advertising agencies, vendors, outsourcers and other team members towards successful and on-time delivery of advertising materials for successful campaigns
• Identifies opportunities and develops plans to reach, acquire and expand into new markets
• Responsible all communication content and elements to be in line with the local regulation and companies procedures and regulations
• Complete various marketing projects at the request of Management
• Write, edit and proofread creative and technical content for campaigns across different mediums including product offers, research findings, special events, press-conferences, company promotions and partner’s co-promotions in order to maximize brand awareness results
• Collaborates with CXO in finding socially responsible projects
• Works on the implementation and promotion of socially responsible projects.
• Online Advertising – responsible for implementation of campaigns on Digital Channels
• Work on SEO initiatives by developing content (SEO Articles), performs keyword research specific to the country and market, and evaluate success of SEO
• Offline Advertising – responsible for traditional advertising to increase brand awareness on TV, Radio, OOH, indoor and outdoor, print, branches visibility and partner’s shops (POS)
• Responsible for transmising correct information, publishing different commercials through different communication channels Web, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Viber, Email, Web – Shop
• Responsible for IuteCredit Macedonia overall brand awareness which also includes, Branch visibility and local promotion
• Organizes events, branch openings and different promotions
• Performs market research and collects data on market competitors, including prices, products, and commercial campaigns. Carry out competitor analysis, identify the strengths and weaknesses of IuteCredit products, and report it to Commercial team, Management on an occurrence base or on weekly/monthly level
• Work with other members of Management team daily and on special projects related to PR.

Qualification/Experience, Skills, and Competencies:

• University degree in economy, marketing
• 5+years’ experience in a senior marketing role,
• Understanding and ability to fulfill the company’s strategic goals
• Experiance in business planning
• Experience in market research and identification of new sales segments
• Experience in marketing of services
• Good knowledge of organizational culture and dynamics
• Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO / social media etc.), market research methods
• Proven experience in marketing data analysis and tools
• Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software and applications (web analyzer, Google Adwords, etc.)
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS and web development tools
• Well organized and detail oriented
• Exceptional communication and writing skills
• Commercial awareness with a creative mind
• Advanced stress management skills
• Risk assessment skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
