Main duties and responsibilities
- Work with the Head of Marketing on marketing related projects by assisting in the process
- Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
- Closely collaborate with Marketing Specialists from operating countries and other team members in the Group (HQ) and from Subsidiaries.
- Collaborates with advertising agencies, vendors, outsources and other team members towards successful and on-time delivery of advertising materials for successful campaigns under Head of Marketing supervision
- Assisting in implementation of the Corporate marketing and PR strategy
- Handling the communication content and elements to be in line with the local regulation, writing and edit creative and technical content across different mediums under the Head of Marketing supervision
- Making sure that all the external and internal campaigns, communication/content, events across the company are meeting the Company guidelines
- Online Advertising – assisting in implementation of campaigns on Digital Channels
- Updating the website, regularly upon the Head of Marketing supervision and request
- Work on SEO initiatives by assisting in content development (SEO Articles), performs keyword research specific to the country and market, and evaluate success of SEO, under the Head of Marketing supervision and request
- Performs market research and collects data on market competitors, including prices, products, and commercial campaigns.
- Support in local promotions, branch visibility, and brand awareness with promotional materials (flyers, posters, business cards corporate envelopes, memos, notebooks, pens, signs, billboards, banners, other corporate materials).
- Ensures accurate information are distributed, posted or published on various advertising and communication channels including Web, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Viber, Email, Web – Shop.
Education and/or experience requirements
- Bachelor / Master’s degree in Marketing, Economics or relevant professional training/ experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills, proven attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
- A minimum of 1-year experience in Digital/Online Marketing with the focus on Social Media, Paid Advertising and SEO.
- Experience with Social Media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin.
- Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment and flexible when it comes to re-prioritizing tasks due to business demands.
- Advanced skills with Windows and Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Skills in WordPress platform and Website updating
- Excellent Communicator
- Fluent level of English Language is mandatory
